With a passion to help others succeed, Arletta founded Tandem HR Consulting which helps organizations focus on their values, develop their leaders, and implement the strong culture they need.  Through creating inspiring cultures, employees can do their best work, grow their careers, and deliver strong company performance.

Arletta has played a major role in defining and validating company values, driving leadership development and guiding culture change in several companies.  Through her commitment, she has helped these organizations achieve their desired culture, and increased leadership effectiveness.

If there is incongruence between the stated culture, leadership behaviors, and application of company values, there can be a significant and negative impact to morale, productivity, and overall health of the organization.

Over the past 15 years, Arletta has helped develop managers, leaders, and leadership teams.  She has used tools such as 360 evaluations, trust, thinking styles and has driven cultural change, which influences and shapes organizations, helping them achieve their goals.

Arletta holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and currently resides in Silicon Valley.

Outside of the office, Arletta enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, exploring, and traveling to new places around the world.
